Lately, I have felt more like a clown/entertainer than a teacher. My class this year varies HUGELY in speed - some finish before you have blinked and others need a lot of time. This has caused huge unrest and disruption in my classroom.
So... I went on a mission to create an "Early Finishers" choice board. After spending a few hours on Pinterest (follow me here) I came up with the following board:

- Finish Homework
- Clean up your desk
- Play Dough (find my quick and easy recipe here on my blog)
- Play on the tablet (I'm very lucky to have a cheap tablet that I no longer use)
- Choose a fun page (I printed a few fun pages, such as Create Your Own Minion)
- Catch up on work
- Maths Games (such as times tables flash cards, Maths24, Numba Rumba, etc)
- Silent reading (I have collected a whole pile of books for my reading library, which is my next quest.... Watch this space)
- Number and Word Sudoku (amazing printables at Activity Village)
- Doodle/Draw
